The product was particularly popular with coaches, consultants, and course creators on Squarespace who had no native membership option. Memberspace charged a percentage of revenue plus a monthly platform fee, aligning its success with customer success. It grew through SEO targeting platform-specific queries like "Squarespace membership site" and through creator communities. Revenue reached $50k+/month from thousands of membership site operators.
