Sendible
Social media management built for agencies managing multiple clients.
Sendible is the social media management platform Gavin Hammar bootstrapped from London in 2009, deliberately targeting digital marketing agencies that manage social accounts for multiple clients simultaneously — a niche Hootsuite and Buffer largely ignored. The agency workflow is fundamentally different from a brand managing its own social: you need separate client workspaces, approval workflows where clients can approve posts before they go live, and white-label reports that look like they came from your agency. Sendible grew to $8M+ ARR by integrating more networks earlier than competitors — including YouTube, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn company pages — and by building features that make the agency's client relationship smoother. Content suggestions, RSS feed auto-posting, and a client-facing dashboard where customers can view and approve their content calendar became core differentiators. The product was acquired by Diginius in 2022, but its bootstrapped story from a UK-based single founder to an eight-figure business remains a case study in niche-focused SaaS growth.
